Arrived without damage
Everything arrived without damage, everything is OK. The 2 small solar panels are sufficient to recharge the camera's battery, even when there are clouds or it's raining.

Easy to install
I like it, it's easy to install and the video quality is good. The solar panel is enough for the camera to operate autonomously. Mine only gets sunlight in the morning and is always at 100% charge.

Questions
Do I need a subscription?
No. Live view, notifications, and saving clips to a memory card all work without one. There's an optional plan in the app if you'd rather keep videos online, but you never need it to enjoy your feeder.
Where do my videos go?
Onto a microSD memory card inside the camera (any card up to 256GB works), or to the optional cloud plan.
Is it hard to set up?
No. Screw the mount to a tree, wall or fence, fill the feeder with any seed mix, and connect it to your home Wi-Fi with the free app. Most people are watching their first visitor the same day.
Will it work with my Wi-Fi?
It connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, which nearly every home router provides. If the feeder is within range of where your phone gets Wi-Fi in the yard, you're set.
How does it charge?
The solar roof keeps the battery topped up on its own. When it needs a boost, the camera pops out and charges indoors with a regular USB-C cable, the same kind most phones use. No ladder required.
What about rain, snow and heat?
It's built to stay outside year-round: weatherproof housing (IP66), rated from 14°F to 140°F.
Will squirrels get into it?
Honestly, they'll probably try, and you'll get the video. The feeder isn't squirrel-proof; mounting it away from fences and branches they can jump from helps a lot.
Can I hear the birds?
Yes. Clips record sound, so you get their calls and songs along with the picture.
Which app does it use?
Cam720, free for iPhone and Android.
